Processing & Delivery Times: Because our store features both handcrafted jewelry and custom-made apparel, shipping times vary based on the items in your order:

Jewelry & Handcrafted Items: Shipped directly from our studio. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and have an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days.

Apparel & Print-on-Demand Items: Custom made-to-order just for you. Please allow 7–14 business days for production and delivery.

Multiple Item Orders: If your order contains both jewelry and apparel, your items will ship separately in multiple packages at no extra cost to you. You will receive separate tracking links for each package as soon as they ship!

Address Verification: Please double-check and verify your shipping address before finalizing your purchase at checkout. Ensuring your address, apartment/suite number, and zip code are complete and correct helps prevent unexpected carrier delays or misdelivered packages.

Package Issues & Damaged Items: We take great care in packaging your orders, but we understand that transit issues can occasionally happen.

Undamaged Guarantee: We will do everything within our power to assist the shipping carrier and work directly with them to make sure your items arrive safely and undamaged.

If Your Package Arrives Damaged: If there are any issues with your items upon delivery, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue right away.
