Refund policy

All of us here at ASDD want to ensure that you love and enjoy your new jewelry.  If for any reason you are not happy with your new item(s), we offer a flexible return policy.

We accept returns on all items up to 30 days after purchase. In order to be eligible for returns, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Must include all parts 
  • Must include all packaging and tags 
  • Must be in new, non used condition

You the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost. A prepaid return label will be provided upon request, and the cost will be deducted from your final refund.

Once 30 days from the time of your purchase has passed, we won't be able to issue any refund.  However, in the event your item(s) never get delivered to you, we will gladly issue a full refund.  This only applies once 45 days from your purchase has passed, and you have made a claim with the shipping carrier.  There will be tracking added to all packages to ensure if the package was delivered or not.

To complete your return, we also require a receipt (or) proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know if the refund is approved or not. The outcome is dependent upon the return requirements being met.

If the refund is approved, please give ample time for the refund process to occur (approximately 7-10 business days). We will issue the refund back to the credit card you originally used when purchasing your item(s).
